Very happy with this bag. It is perfect carry-on size and not too hard on the eyes. It doesn't have much structure, which makes the bag both extremely light and easily warped. A few packing cubes solved this issue (with the exception of the outside pockets). The straps are not as comfortable as I would have hoped. I find them very tight on my shoulders, near my neck. Not a big deal since it converts easily to be carried other ways. I would definitely buy this again!

Consultant - Fine, but it's broken

The download version of 2012 H&R Block at Home, Basic, is excellent for tax preparation -- except that the software downloaded is broken. Everything went well until I tried to e-file. I could not access the necessary options page, even after repeated attempts and opening a new return. You just cannot get there, so you cannot e-file. You can however, mail in your return and this part functions very well. Regarding help and customer service links, forget it: Slow, don't understand English, and have no clue about the product.

Grandma D - This program has problems!

I have made many purchases from Amazon and this is the first one that has given me a lot of trouble. It is as if there are 2 programs in one in the Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2014. The card part of it (cards) works just fine - but it is impossible to print the calendar using the conventional method. When I click on the Print button to print a calendar this message comes up" Open Default Printer Fails - 1801" I made sure that all of the settings were correct - the proper printer etc. but no success. I enlisted the help of my engineer son who installed CutePDF which basically bypasses the print instruction, saves the calendar and then allows you to print from the save mode. This is way too much trouble. Since this is a new version I am hoping that Hallmark will fix this because I don't have time to monkey around with a program that has built in glitches. Otherwise I have used the Card Studio programs for years and have been very satisfied with them.

So when I was offered this amazing comb for free for an honest review, you bet I jumped on it. After using this, I will NEVER go back to a plastic comb for my beard. The heft and sturdiness of this in my hand is perfect, and with the smooth sandalwood it never shreds or tears at my beard, leaving it extra fluffy, just the way the wife loves it. If you ever grow a beard and want to maintain it well, you better get this comb!
