After completing the review in order to obtain your product for free you have to complete a feedback survey. If you leave 1 item blank blank or you do not have an anwer for it. Because you did not write N/A you will NOT receive your refund. Customer service hides behind the of line every item must be addressed. In other words they are looking for ways to not refund your money. When I asked to speak to a manager you are placed on hold for over 30 minutes and told you should have written that you do not have an answer to a question. Who does this? They tell you its free but hit your credit card every 30 days for a payment gambling on the fact that you will not complete your survey on time, or you'll miss 1 question in a 32 page survey. Quit advertising the program is FREE. It's NOT and it's NOT that good, .
Love it! I like the amount of planning space, I can fill in my work outs, meals and appts! Only problem is, is wish it was a tad smaller, but no big deal, the bigger the better. 😳
