I tried this until both bottles ran out : it made my teeth feel extremely clean and fresh. Had a good taste as well. It didn't whiten my teeth to the extent it claims but did whiten it a shade or two. I would still recommend this for whitening because it didn't appear to hurt my teeth and wasn't rough either. I asked my dentist about the product at my last appointment and he said my teeth still looked fine so the chemicals hadn't hurt my teeth!

It has always been a great magazine. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I don't live in New York and can't relate to some of the purely local issues and goings on.
