INITIAL REVIEW: First let me say that I expected a learning curve before ordering. So i. Was prepared. For the first attempt to be iffy. But it was bad. I am giving two stars for now and if the next attempt is better will go to three tops. First, the product itself. The plug that arrived is one that is used in other countries than the US and is useless without buying a special Converter. I fortunately had another plug available or would have returned this for a refund immediately. Second, the included bottles are EXTREMELY small so they are not going to last long at all. There is a tiny orange stick, a few wipes, and a tiny cardboard nail file. These are likely things anyone who has ever polished their nails already have and likely better quality and size. With this set, you are essentially overpaying for an LED lamp unit with the wrong plug. The instruction booklet is tiny but I followed it exactly. The gel base coat did not cure well at all even though very thinly applied. I recommend, as have others, to apply this as thin as humanly possible with the available brush. Additional cure time in the lamp does not help. I went ahead with the polish and top coat, but it is clear this is going to end up being marked by everything I touch until I take it all off and start again. Cleans off skin pretty easily. Don't try to remove the moisture layer if you can tell the gel has not set up properly or it just leaves indentions and marks on the nail. The shine is nice and I like the scarlet color. I wish I had just done a clear manicure to start. I will update this review with next round. At this point I recommend just buying an led lamp and the products separately. The LED lamps are not that expensive and you can get the color polish you really want. You likely already have all the other items they include.

I tried this product 7 or 8 yrs ago. I have been using it ever since. I have some of my friends about it.
