It has good sound quality and has a soft feel to my ears.I actually took a shower still wearing them and they were still good, though the sound gets distired due to rubbing of the ears by water.I love it.

  • Amazon Customer - Not listed correctly

Although I can use the Provider Manual this was listed as an Instructor's Manual which is really what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed when it came and I saw that it was for participants not instructors.

  • Dan The Man! - Allen screws not deep enough...

Allen screws were not deep enough to be able to tighten down real good...thus the metal bars shift inside the plastis holders.

  • D.Kelly - Rip off!

I bought this product alongside with the serum from Ojon (the serum works well). I paid over 70 dollars for the two but was desperate to get my hair healthy again. I have colored hair that is very thin and dry from coloring and using heat on it daily. I was so excited to use this product because so many people swore by it and the woman in the beauty store said this product sold out very quickly. I went straight home and used it. I went by the directions completely.

  • B A McDonald - Through

Thick and hefty for 15.00, well organized with pockets of humor. I like it. Discusses previous tax law too so if you are worried about reconciling anything this one has you covered. Also has a great retirement plan section.

  • Brian Vignjevic - Breaks every 3 months.

Swiffer is very poorly built. As if they made it to last up to 3 months. Top handle breaks off so easy. It is made with poor quality plastic and it is very thin where it connects to metal rod. Once floor is cleaned there is some sort of thin residue that attracts dirt and makes hardwood dull. Considering quality and effectiveness this product should be rated 0. Have "experts" at P&G ever tried to use this product themselves?
