I've been using this product every evening before bed and it works great. I'm close to 60 years old and my heels would dry out and crack. Worse in the winter. I apply this product liberally to my entire foot, rubbing into heals and other dry skin. Now my heels are soft with no signs of dryness or cracks.

My fingernails in particular were thin and they broke easily. I find that this product has made a difference in their strength and growth! My skin and hair have also improved since using it which pleases me. I find that the changes are a subtle process.

BRILLIANT. I consider myself an avid reader of quite a few genres so it's easy for me to get cynical about storylines, originality and (if I make it far enough) the ending. A storyline dealing with, at first glance, such a hot topic as gender expectations is extraordinarily risky but I'm thrilled and proud to say that the author exceeded my expectations by not only rising to the challenge but soaring over it. From the first word to the final word I was gripped. This is an intelligent book that I will happily reread.
