I really like the machine. It helps a lot. I have noticed that I don't get as much of the real thick stuff out when I'm sick so I do this once a day and then I do my regular saline wash to get the thick stuff out.

...well, lets see. I was having severe headaches from high blood pressure, water retention and few other ailments. I was considering meds and a dr's visit. Luckily I'm a stubborn dude, and just felt there has to be a way to around this. The wife checked my blood pressure at the time which was at 148/90 area. That is considered pre hypertension zone. So through a fluke of internet search..I found DE. I tried it out.. while on it for a couple of months.. Checked blood pressure again.. 122/80 yup, that's right. This stuff friggen works. Headaches gone away, feeling better overall. THis along with exercising couple times a week and eating a descent diet.
