This is our first treadmill and we are very pleased with it so far. It is well built, easy to use and not overly complicated like some models. A nice plus, that was not expected, is that it is also fairly quiet. We put it in our bedroom in the hopes we will use it more and noise was a concern, but not any longer. The fan is a nice addition and the large LCD screen is easy to read. The extra heart monitor strap is also nice, as the location of the hand grips is not ideal for checking the heart rate. We had it professionally assembled, but a couple of relatively handy people could do it on their own. It is heavy at 260 pounds, so two people are definitely needed.
So I was totally a sceptic. I have a huge event coming up so I thought I would try it. I just did the first wrap and lost almost 2 inches. No this is not a permanent fix nor do I expect it at all. But for a quick small stomach tightening its great. Working out and eating right is the trick but to help fit in a dress this is a nice addition.
Somewhat oversensitive when registering readings. Getting around the various screens needs practice. Other than these very minor items, it is an excellent product. Be careful where it is mounted as Bluetooth signals can be blocked by metal and aluminum.

First of all I need to brag on Amazon. I ordered this item Monday and received it Tuesday! That is amazing.
What ever you do, don't waste your time with this product at this time. I purchased the FitBit Flex and with in two weeks the band broke. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary then just wearing it. I did not stress it out in any way. come to find out from several other people that received the Flex (we did a group work program and we purchased the Flex to assist us in our personal goals), their wrist band broke at the same spot as mine. I contacted FitBit customer service asking for a replacement wrist band and it is now been over a month and I have still not received anything. Oh I've gotten a nice letter from one of the customer support managers telling me how important I am to them as a customer but yet I still have not received the replacement strap.
I really really wanted to keep this but the crotch strap/buckle (yes, at the longest length) dug into my daughter's leg. If they made this a little longer, it'd be perfect
