This was a fun read, reminding me strongly of books I read 60 years ago, back when reading was escapism, not some lesson in current morals or page after page of some character's emotional state. Just plain, straight-forward fun. Well done, sir.

I find that this book is very informative and very easy to read. It introduces you to the benefits and wonders that kefir can do for you and just for that I would say the book was worthy. But it also talks about food combining, alkaline-acid principles and the good tradition of soaking legumes. It also gives you many hints to heal your candida issue if you have it, the book is in itself a proposed diet and method to starve the yeast.
I recently received a free sample from pinch me. I wish there had been more in the sample. I normally use extra strength Ben Gay or other products. This is an all natural product. It does not have the strong smell of most items used for muscle aches & pains. It has a very light scent to it. It does give some ache relief after a small amount of time. It does not have the warm heating sensation that most other muscle rubs have. It does not have the menthol or the camphor that most muscle rubs contain. I have a lot of neck pain, from stress and work. I rubbed this on the back of my neck and it did help to relieve some of the muscle pain after approx. 12 minutes or so. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a muscle rub that has no offensive smell when you go to work or out in the public.
