Exactly what I wanted it to be. Install was a little tougher than I'm used to but it was well worth it.
I've been taking these little blue pills for a week now... Monday I weighed myself I was 236 and then again on Friday and I was 232! I've been watching my calories but I feel as if the pills are working!! I had trouble going to the bathroom but they have sped my metabolism up so I'm very regular now... I will continue to take these for another three weeks and I will write another review..
I was supremely late to jumping on the caffeine bandwagon. It wasn't until my early 40s that I really started drinking coffee, primarily to get me through every day of teaching. When you're trying to corral 25 third graders, you need every ounce of energy available.
I know y'all are going to think I'm crazy but the product makes me sleepy. Almost like a trans sort of sleep. However after a while I notice that I do have more energy. I have moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and it seems to also help me to be a little more mobile. Maybe since I have this auto immune disease the greens make my initial reaction as sleepiness. I don't know. But overall I like the product.
I have 6 tanks (2 10 Gallons, 1 20 gallon, a 5 gallon, 3 gallon and 30 gallon long plus a 55 that has yet to be set up). I use to only use API's Stress Coat, but after many water changes during the weeks, some of the fish tend to get sick. A friend of mine (who has a 55 gallon tank) suggested to use this product especially with my goldfish. All I can say about this product is WOW! The fish are well, the product helps fight off the ammonia, removes the chlorine and keeps the nitrites and Nitrates safe for the fish. 1 cap full works for up to 50 gallons (but because my tanks are smaller, only a little bit is required). My goldfish (who were raised from babies) are happy and healthy thanks to this product. The only problem with this product (if I had to say), is the smell as it does smell terrible. Other than that, I would recommend this product for any new aquarium hobbyist.
