We are 6 days through and feel amazing. The first couple days kicking alcohol, sugar, and caffeine were terrible, but completely worth it. The program is great training for eating healthy again.
This is a great phone for me. I use it with walmarts straight talk service. I live in an area that you s hard to pick up net signals and it stays connected better than any phone I've hD in the past. I really recommend it.
So far I have used it for several projects, i.e., arts and crafts, repair of a broken wood support on my cafe style patio umbrella. It is by far the best adhesive I have ever bought. The price was just a bit highter than what Home Depot offers for only a 2 ounce bottle.
Mine was given to me as a gift for my wedding 7 years ago (almost 8!) I used it on a daily basis for over 4 years. Gave it a rest for 3 years (moved to a small kitchen space) and now started using it again. Still reliable. Great use, great value. Recommended item.
The color is nice, but I would have preferred if the whole sleeve were all a uniform black, it would look a lot cleaner but this design is still good, not too distracting or flashy when at the gym. If you are close to the next size up or close to the middle, then I definitely recommend ordering the next size up for a good fit and comfort. The compression knee sleeves are bit tight on me, I ordered a medium and the length around my knee is 13.6 in, which is still less than 14.2 for medium, but it is still a bit tight for me. The sleeve still fits me but it is slightly constricting. Being so tight, the sleeves do not slip down or roll at all for me. It does seem to help with the pressure on my knees when I am squatting, but I worry that as I keep lifting weights the muscles around my thighs and legs will continue to grow making the knee sleeves more and more constricting, for now it fits and I am still 13.6 which is a little tight for me. If you are a in the middle of the size chart or you think your muscles will get bigger around your legs order the next size up for the best comfort and fit. I got the compression knee sleeves for a discount for reviewing purposes, but came here to drop the honest truth.
I purchased this battery pack to be used as an alternate charging source for my business trip and I've used this almost two months now. It charges my Sony Xperia Z3 in 30 minutes or so on. I can charge my phone at least 3 times,maybe four times. Some one may have questions about charge cycles of a power bank. For example, this Blitzwolf 10400mAh power bank should be able to fully charge a 2600mAh device for 10400mAh / 2600mAh =4 times. But that's still under the ideal conditions.
