I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition that did not come with the functional side rails, as most Jeeps do. So, I needed to install side rails first before being able to install these crossbars. Once I had the side rails on, these crossbars were very easy to install. I read several reviews that commented on the necessity to loosen the screws almost all the way in order to make the installation easier, as well as the difficulty of fitting the rubber cap back into place. I had also received an email with an installation video from the company I purchased them from. So with all that knowledge, I knew what to expect, and I was able to install from start to finish in about 15 minutes. The crossbars are a very solid material and sit very securely on my roof. I have put some weight on them and they don't budge a millimeter! I definitely recommended these crossbars for anyone looking to have a more permanent set of bars on their Jeep. Do a little research, read some reviews, and it will make the installation a breeze!

I started the 3 month detox and thought I was doing it wrong.. it comes with out any instructions.. I had ZERO results. I thought at least the "cleasning portion" would provide a cleansing. The person on NCL who sold it to me said I would have a deep cleasning of toxins and not to be surprised at how much I "detoxed" and also how much weight I would lose and how great I would feel. I have looked up every single ingredients on the internet and while they are all strong herbal ingredients used, the amount they use must be too low to make any difference. The more I found blogs and other sites like this .. the more I wish I would never have tried them...... Metamucil works better for a cleanse (same key ingredient) and the amount of nutrients they list are also found in a good multi vitamin. 3 months-- 300 dollars.. nothing !

I have bombed on this one. We tried to do it and I really don't know how. Then I called Dell and asked why I couldn't copy my VCR's to DVD and they said My computer wouldn't take my HD Cannon camera. Someone told me to take it to Walmart and for about $2 each they would do it. then I could use this to splice it.
