Set this unit up on my windows XP computer and as long as the software was installed the computer it would lock up and rest every time I attempted to use it. I then tried on my windows 7 computer, it could not get it to work properly there either, and it damaged some start up files, so now every time I start my computer I must hit enter several times to eliminate the errors messages. It seemed to work OK but was horrible slow. After all that it would not let me put the files in a directory of my choice, it only allowed its preselected directory and online, which I also did not want. After 12 hours of trying to make this work I boxed it up and sent it back.

I'm on my 2nd week of using Hair One and I am in LOVE! I learned about Hair One while reading reviews and blogs online about Wen. Wen is VERY expensive compared to Hair One and by all accounts Hair One was equally as good. Well, I haven't tried Wen but, i love Hair One. I am African American with medium textured, just below the shoulder length hair (not really course, i perm maybe once every 3-4 months). I've noticed as I approach 40 my hair is getting drier and not as soft as it used to be. I noticed a difference in texture after the first wash. My hair was soft and held the curl perfectly. I used Nuetrogena clarifying wash first then applied Hair One exactly as directed, combing out from root to ends while in the shower. I didn't use any as a leave-in conditioner. Other comments suggest using a clarifying shampoo at least once a month while 'co-washing' and so do I. The only other product i use on my hair is Ojon Restorative Treatment. I'm ready to TRASH every other shampoo and conditioner i have today! Can you imagine? What a money saver! Give it a try ladies!!

I used my wrap twice actually, and it worked much better the second time around for some reason. It was about five days apart. Good product.

Before I bought this I read the reviews that said it only works if you use it right. I read the instructions and practiced a few times, and it still didn't work at all for me. Maybe I could have done more research, like watched videos on You Tube, but I really just want something that works without having to complete the equivalent of driver's ed before getting results.

The book is well laid out and took me through every aspect of the application. I like these books because they take you step by step with practice lessons. I am Microsoft certified in Outlook, but still learned lots about the application, which is assisting me in being more efficient at work. I especially like the Conversation feature in Outlook that I was unaware of before reading how it works.

Works great. No issue getting it recognized by the USB power case I separately bought and put it inside of. But after I cloned the hard drive from my old HP laptop to this drive (using the Samsung software included), I could not get it to boot. Had to create a WIN7 (64Bit) REPAIR DISK DVD to get the boot to work. Lucky I had the knowledge to do that. If an average user attempted this, they would have gotten frustrated. That should be put in the user manual to burn a repair disk first, before starting the cloning process.
