I started using it on my toe nails, thick, crumbly, and yellow, after a month of use, my toe nails started to look healthy again, nice and pink. i guess i did have nail fungus. i wore sandles all summer.

Meh. I don't have a heavy beard, but it struggles to shave my beard anyway. A bit disappointed in this. It's okay, but be ready to go over the same area many times to get a decent shave. I suggest spending a bit more $ and buy a better shaver.

I love this is all plant based proteins, and also has all your amino acids, and L-Glutamine which is so important for gut health. It is supposed to help with cell re-generation of the intestinal wall. Doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary ingredients/fillers. Taste is not bad especially when blended together with fruit.
