This did not work for me at all. I was really hoping that it would. A friend told me about it as it worked great for her and she raved about it. And I see other reviewers had great success. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I guess I had too much color in my hair. I did exactly what I was supposed to. I ended up just cutting off a lot of my hair (my hair was real long) and dying it. I would have given it a one star for me personally but I gave an additional star because I know the product does work for other people, including my friend. (it was almost on the verge of an orangey color by the time I finished)

The cooler worked for about 2 days, and was great. However, the fan on it is now broken. I submitted a request to Cooler Master, which said to wait a day for a response. 24 hours later nothing. I then register the product and it took forever to figure out how to put a request under the warranty. The entire process was convoluted to get a part replacement in, and now that I finally have they said it will take about a week to process and ship. A week? An entire week without a CPU cooler. That is absurd.
