This mat is the thickest one I've used, and the material is so comfortable when holding intense positions. I use it in conjunction with a mat towel because like all mats it gets slippery when you start sweating. I would recommend this mat to anyone who does athletic yoga and wants a bit more out of their mat.

I've tried several of these programs and for the price range of this product nothing else compared. I would highly recommend this to anyone designing their home!
