I was so dissapointed when I tried to load this program. It was impossible! It kept getting stuck with an error message. I called tech support and did not have ten minutes to wait. SORRY. My time is more valuable than that. I will stick to my old version (2009). I thnk the last time I had trouble loading any software on any computer was at least ten years ago. This is ridiculous. It is 2012! Get with it Hallmark! I do not think that AMAZON should even carry this product.
Having had many different coffee grinders in the past, the Secura is definitely the quietest one I've ever used. Does an exceptional job of grinding for our drip coffee maker. Only one thing that's kind of a bother - I wish it would hold more beans :)
Buy a smaller bottle and you might have success with this product. The lotion is so thick it won't work it's way thru the spout. After lots of swearing at the bottle my girlfriend came in and put a competitors spout in and that worked fine. I find it hard till give a product a good rating when you can't get it out of the bottle. It's like rating a soft drink that's in capless bottle. I like other gold bond products but this bottle designs falls very short.
