Not a project kids can successfully complete. My husband with a degree in mechanical engineering spent 3 hours and in the end, all we heard was the whisper of a Mexican radio station so soft you couldn't make out any words.

Good stuff, works well. I will keep buying. VERY effective. Keep in mind, it is fiber so it takes a week or so for your body to adjust to the new intake, and your stomach to not cramp. Once you let loose, you're good!

I haven't had enough time to really mess with the events programmed in the system already but what for what time I've spent using it, it's fantastic. Set up took a little less than two hours but I would suggest if you CAN get someone to help you, do. It would not only go faster, but I tweaked my side moving the bottom portion on my own. Be advised it's not that it's a three person lift job, but it's awkward at best. Also, closer to the end of installation a few of the screws are harder to put in and I actually had to get help to do them since it said power tools are a no no.

When I started taking these my face and scalp began breaking out horribly. It was cystic, deep acne like I haven't had since I was 12. I've never had acne on my scalp and it hurt to comb my hair. It was bizarre. I quit taking the vitamins and it cleared up immediately. It's just a shame because they seemed to be working well. My roots seemed to be growing out a lot faster than usual but the awful skin was just not worth it. Possibly it will work for others, just not for me.

I would not recommend this product. I'm not happy with these mats. Although they do fit and are custom fitted to my SUV the mats do not stay in place. Therefore, not worth the exorbitant price.
