I don't have much to add from what the other reviewers said. The book was helpful for us during our time on GAPS. My main complaint, and my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is I would have appreciated greater detail in coming off GAPS. Many go on GAPS and get stuck on the diet. I also wish she gave greater warning about who should go on GAPS and who shouldn't. She has since the book was published, online or in speeches, so I know now that there are MANY people who go on GAPS who don't truly need to and put themselves through more stress and work than necessary.

The book is clearly written and fully understandable for the layman and made a sufficiently strong case for the supplements that I have started to take them.
