I received this chair as a gift (bought through Amazon) and it is one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. I use it 5 times a week and enjoy the ease of use, sturdiness, great construction and foldup storage. I was not previously doing any exercising and this has restarted my efforts. After 8 weeks, I can see myself continuing and not stopping. My doctor just diagnosed degenerative spinal discs due to arthritis and these exercises have taken away 95% of the pain!
Simply awesome. This book is really good and provides many useful use cases regarding production lines and factories. The principles are easy to understand and you can apply them in other fields as well (e.g software development).
