I was very leery of this because it is a supplement and usually I don't ever see a huge difference in my health when I take supplements. I usually assume they are doing all of the internal work that I just can't feel or see. But when you are waking up in a puddle of your own sweat, you tend to be a little bit more willing to give things a try. So, I did. I looked at a few different supplements and settled on Estrolibrium. It seriously was the best decision I have made when it comes to deciding to improve my quality of life. It is hard to really put in words all of the ways I feel better but to put it simply, I literally just feel like me again. I can hop out of my bed in the morning, well not hop but I can ease my way up in the morning and face my day with happiness and optimism. It feels great.
I just wanted to take a moment on here to say to anyone on the fence about buying this, that they should absolutely try it out! A really great resource is PSVR Reddit which has allot of helpful tips, and as one other reviewer mentioned on Amazon, do the VR recalibration on the PS4 settings menu. This helps to calibrate to you and your surrounds specifically rather then factory defaults and makes a noticeable improvement. Also in the recalibration make sure to have the camera measure the distance between your eyes, and when doing so stand about 2 feet away form the camera (take a minute and use a tape measure to accurately measure how far your face is from the camera).
Is loved the book and loved Gabe and Val! So happy how it all wrapped up and can't wait for mote of Ana and Dmitry. I can't wait to learn more about the new Medlov's. I love this family and their adventures and you never disappoint Mrs. Welch!
