I've been buying this stuff for about three years now, but only recently discovered I can get it cheaper on Amazon than on eBay. So, here we are!
This thing is the real deal. I've been putting off getting a nicer keyboard for a while now, but finally decided to step up from a basic Microsoft keyboard that I've been using with my laptop for the past few years, and I'm glad that I did.
Everything about this system is compact. What you need is an advanced-enough smartphone with a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth and a way to connect to the internet.
At first, I had no problem with the product itself. However, after several months of using the product (only once a day, as I tend to have dry skin) my face suddenly broke out in a bright, feverish rash. I have tried several times to see if this were an isolated event, but it keeps happening. My problem, however, isn't the fact that I paid over $100 for a product that I can't even use anymore. My problem is that I was signed up for the vitamins that promised to help with skin and acne. They were free with my first purchase. Apparently they're only free for the first set, and unbeknownst to me, they kept sending me these stupid vitamins (that didn't work) that cost $100!!! I went on their website to try to unenroll from these vitamins, but there was no place to do so. I finally called to cancel my entire subscription, was put on hold, told my story to a customer rep, then put on hold AGAIN, and then was told by the automated voice messaging system that all their reps were busy but that I could leave a message and they would call me back. Meanwhile, I'm getting threatening letters telling me that I owe them for these vitamins that I don't want nor need and have no way to unenroll for them. Finally, I get someone on the phone (after several more tries). The gentleman told me to send back the vitamins and I wouldn't have to pay for them. Dutifully, I sent the vitamins back (I had to pay the shipping cost). Now, I'm still getting collection letters from them saying that I still owe $100 for vitamins that aren't even in my possession!!! I contacted customer service AGAIN, and was told that they never received the vitamins and that I would have to fill out a legal waiver that they would send in the mail. I feel like I have contracted a parasite: I think I'm done with the entire ordeal and then, BAM! I get another collection letter. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Guthy-Renker again. I don't care if they come up with a pill that melts fat off and makes me lose my craving for anything with carbohydrates. I'll stay fat!!!
I had this device for eleven months and it would not hold a charge. It was still under warranty. I got in touch with customer service and was sent a new one in about two weeks. I had this one for about eight month and it also wouldn't hold a charge. Once again customer service in Euclid Ca.. The very nice rep explained that to prevent the problem was to fully discharge FaceFx device, use it discharge fully, use it, discharge. Coincidentally UPS man delivered new FaceFx today. Did not even wait two weeks this time. The rep said to call her (can't remember her name) with the tracking number when I got it and this way the process would be expediated.
I love this shampoo. I have used it on my miniature poodle, cockapoo and maltese. They came out so clean and shiny!
