Not a good cleanse. This is sold as a weight loss program and "oh yeah" it is also a cleanse. Beware of the marketing, if you are older this might not be a good fit. I am in my 40's, overweight but a former college athlete and I keep myself in decent cardio/strength shape despite this. Thought this would be a good way to cleanse my body and lose fat while avoiding muscle loss. Unfortunately, I experienced a dramatic drop in energy through out the entire cleanse. Futhermore, I missed work because of headaches and dizziness, couldn't work out and was truly miserable. I have completed supervised cleanses twice before with professional naturopathic care. I know a little about nutrition and in my opinion there is NOT enough protein (aminos) in this program for a heavyset athlete or a muscular person. The concept is good but it is a ONE SIZE FITS ALL product and geared more for women. I did lose weight (16 lbs) - but if you starve yourself for 10 days and drink lots of water I think the results wouldn't be that different. Whatever you do, consult a physician on this one.
This product does not work. I used as directed. I also exercise 3-4 times a week. However, I saw no boost and energy or impact to my weight. I contacted the customer service department for BPI sports, who were not very helpful, and in fact said that my body may be resistant to stimulants? Yes, it is my body's fault... or you could admit that your product doesn't work for everyone.
I have cartilidge loss in both knees, however, my insurance company will not approve surgery until I lose a certain amount of weight. I would have to say after using one complete bottle, as directed my nails probably grew faster but that was about all that I noticed. I didnt notice any great change in my hair or skin so i didnt reorder. Cant say i would receommend either since I didnt see or feel any diference.
Incorporated this into my weekly diet for high protein, low fat/calorie foods. This is perfect for shakes and is 0sp for Weight Watchers which is a HUGE plus. Would recommend the taste definitely.
EXCELLENT diffuser! I got this in and promptly forgot to plug it in. It sat on my kitchen table, waiting to be used. Well, last night, our little dog had a puppy accident in our bedroom. Even after a THOROUGH scrubbing and air freshener being sprayed, the room still stank. It was CLEAN but that nasty scent hovered in the air.
