The Day of the Dead is a historically significant holiday in Mexico. Wearing this costume exploited elements of that culture without actually acknowledging its history and its rich meaning. This costume reduces a complex tradition into a flimsy outfit for one-time use.

I was soooo excited to try this treatment after reading all of the glowing reviews. I washed my hair and let it dry before putting on the product so it would absorb thoroughly. I saturated my hair and left it on overnight. The smell is unpleasant but I found myself getting used to it and noticing less. It also seems to evaporate a bit. So I wake up and CAN'T WAIT to wash my hair and see the results. I shampood twice because it seemed like there was still a lot of product left in my hair. When my hair finally dried it was actually in WORSE condition than when I applied it. Dry, brittle and damaged looking. Finally after weeks of co-washing my hair seems to have regained some moisture and doesn't seem as angry.

This is the best unit for the money and is working well, so far. I have decided to mount this unit horizonally with no problems.

I had the opportunity to get this book through my University. The book is very detail oriented and many of the chapters are easy to understand and follow, yet the author in some instances assumes basic knowledge of Windows server 2003/2008 as prior experience in some of the advance concepts. I am very happy with the book and I would recommend to any system administrator that would like to focus in learning the operating system from the ground up or contemplating the idea of getting certify in Windows server 2012. I was skeptical at first since the book has so many pages (1600+), but it is well worth the time to evaluate books authored by Dr. Rand Morimoto, he is an excellent writer and subject expert, he and his team provide a lot of insight from his own experience into the subject matter. Any beginner, intermediate or advance windows system administrator would benefit from reading this book, I would call it the "Bible of Windows Server 2012" instead of "Windows Server 2012 Unleashed".

Haven't finished it yet but have read some well-written and fascinating essays that still stay in my mind.
